My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was convenient, close to Willowbrook Mall and many restaurants, which made exploring the area easy. However, the rooms were disappointing, with a strong smell of cigarettes, dirty washcloths in the shower, and overall cleanliness issues. The service was friendly but had some issues during breakfast. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were not impressive.

For $98 a night on the 4th floor, our experience at the hotel had mixed feelings. The rooms were infested with bugs and had a smoke smell despite being non-smoking. The service, while polite, sometimes went overboard unnecessarily. The location, although close to family and a mall, had some drawbacks as there was an apartment complex behind it. The dining experience was subpar with dry breakfast items and bacon instead of sausage.

The hotel had plenty of space in the rooms, and I didn't have to sit on the bed because a sofa was provided, but the heat didn't work, and there weren't many places to eat nearby. Despite this, I decided to extend my stay for another night.
